If your Nexus 5X is your daily driver you might want to skip the Android O beta.
The early version of the Android O update has the potential to wreck havoc on your device's performance, your applications, and your services. If you rely on your device and its various apps and services for school or your job, you should stay on Android Nougat. Android O could break important software and you don't want to deal with that in the midst of a huge project. If you really want to try the Android O beta we suggest finding another device capable of running the early software.
The Nexus 6P, Nexus Player, Pixel C, Pixel, and Pixel XL are all eligible for the Android O beta. |
