Use Your iPhone to Scan or Take Photos to Your Mac

Apple adds a cool new feature called Continuity Camera to macOS Mojave.

This allows you to quickly tap into your iPhone to take a picture or to scan a document. Simply choose to use your iPhone to add a picture or scan something and it will power on to the camera. You can take a photo and then accept or re-take. Once you finish the photo appears instantly on your Mac and you can use it.

There's no need to try to use the mediocre webcam to take a photo of something, just tap into the excellent cameras on your iPhone. This is also perfect if you need a scanner and you don't want to buy a dedicated device.
