Most People Should Wait for the Android 10 OTA
The Galaxy Note 10 Android 10 update is moving out slowly and it'll take weeks to hit every device in every region. If you don't want to wait for the update to arrive Over-the-Air you can manually install the software right now.
Now that official Galaxy Note 10 Android 10 firmware is available, select Galaxy Note 10 users can skip the OTA (Over-the-Air) roll out.
If you're feeling impatient you might be tempted to install the firmware right now. However, if you feel uncomfortable with any part of the manual installation process you should wait for the update prompt to appear on your phone.

If you don't feel confident, wait it out. Samsung's roll out is picking up speed and you should see a prompt in early 2020 if you haven't already.
