If you're having a good experience on Oreo and you don't want to open yourself up to bugs and performance issues, you should avoid the Galaxy S8 Android Pie beta. 

This is a beta which means it's unfinished software. And that means it can, and probably will, cause problems on your Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+. 

Samsung's addressed some issues in newer versions of the beta but issues will linger all the way through the testing process.
