Don't Wait If You're on a Budget
The Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 aren't cheap. If you're on a tight budget or know you'll be on a tight budget in early 2020, start looking at other phones.
Samsung launched a Galaxy S10e in March, but it retails for $700+ without a deal or trade-in. That's still pretty expensive, especially when you consider the fact that you can find a decent Android device for $200 or less.
It would be nice to see Samsung launch an extremely cheap Galaxy S11, but we don't expect that to happen given the Galaxy S series' position in the company's portfolio.
