If you want to use your next iPad like a laptop you'll want to take a long hard look at Apple's Smart Keyboard accessory. If you're unfamiliar, the Apple Smart Keyboard includes two angles which makes it easy to use it while your iPad is sitting on a table or resting in your lap. The accessory also connects the iPad with a Smart Connector. This means there are no wires to deal with and no charging necessary. You just connect the device and start typing. The accessory is pretty expensive, it's $159, but we've really enjoyed pairing it with the iPad Pro. The iPad mini 5 doesn't come with support for the Smart Keyboard (because you're supposed to use it in your hands), but the iPad Air 3 does. | |||||||||||
