Skip If You Want Face ID
If you want Face ID on your next iPad, you'll have to consider buying an iPad Pro (or waiting for new models) because the iPad Air 3 doesn't have it on board.
The new iPad Pros were the first iPads to replace Touch ID with Face ID. which means you can use your face instead of a fingerprint to unlock the device.
Face ID is also available on Apple's latest iPhones.
Unfortunately, the iPad Air 3 misses out on Face ID, one of our favorite features on board the iPad Pro models. This might be a deal-breaker for some people.
