Use Routines

By just saying “Alexa, good morning,” you can have your Amazon Echo take charge of your smart home, brief you on the day’s weather and read you the day’s news. Set up Routines now with your Alexa app.

Open the app and select Routines from the menu. Tap the + in the top-right corner of your screen. Choose the command you’d like to use for your routine. Now decide what the command does, like turn on your lights or tell you the weather. You can reorder all the actions a Routine does by moving them up or down in the list.
