App Actions

Another fun little feature is something known as App Actions. These are basically automatic app shortcuts for things Android 9 Pie things you'll want, or anticipates you'll want. 

On my phone App Actions knows I've got on Yahoo Sports a lot lately, as the NFL season is about to begin. Plus, I'm a Packers fan. Instead of just letting me find the app and launch it, Android 9 does all the work for me. 

Right inside the application tray I see a shortcut to instantly launch Yahoo Sports directly to the Green Bay Packers section. It essentially slices aspects of the app apart and finds the area we use the most and serves it up in a helpful way. 

Plug in headphones and the phone will suggest your last playlist. It anticipates our needs and wants to make life effortless.
