Here’s the list of T-Mobile Tuesdays gifts that T-Mobile customers get free of charge and are guaranteed. You don’t need to play to win these prizes. But you do need to use the T-Mobile Tuesdays app to claim them.

• Free, unlimited data on Pokémon Go, so it won’t touch your high-speed data—for a full year!
• Free Lyft rides up to $15 to get to a new PokéStop or Gym
• Free Wendy’s Frosty to fuel up for your hunting trip
• 50% off select accessories – including portable power packs and chargers at T-Mobile stores – so you can keep on playing for hours

T-Mobile customers can claim these. You need to use some of these today, while others allow you to claim them and use them in the future. You can also play for a chance to win epic prizes. This week the prizes are;

• $50 iTunes or Google Play gift credit
• $100 iTunes or Google Play gift credit
• Trip to major city to hunt Pokémon

You can win these prizes, but none of them are guaranteed to T-Mobile customers. The three prizes listed above are also open to non T-Mobile customers.

How to Get Free Stuff on T-Mobile Tuesdays?

You need to download the T-Mobile Tuesdays app on iPhone or Android to get the free T-Mobile gifts.

Open the T-Mobile Tuesdays app and then login with your T-Mobile account. This is the same account you use to look at your information online.

Follow instructions on-screen if this is your first time using the app. When complete, go to My Every Tuesday Stuff and you can claim the freebies.

How to Play T-Mobile Tuesdays if You Aren’t a Customer

If you are not a T-Mobile customer you can still enter for a chance to win the T-Mobile Tuesdays prizes, but you cannot get the free stuff.

Go to the T-Mobile Tuesdays website for non-customers and enter your email, name, address and phone number then you can click to enter.

You can only enter once per Tuesday, but you can tune in next week for another chance. You cannot do this in the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, but you can do it on your phone.
