Save $600 at U.S. Cellular
When you pre-order the Galaxy Note 10 or Note 10+ at U.S. Cellular you can save $600. There is no need to trade in a phone to get this deal, but there are some catches.
You need to purchase the Total Plan with Unlimited Plus Data, activate a new line, port-in from another carrier and get credit approval.
If you meet these requirements, you can get $600 off through bill credits for 30 months.

Verizon Galaxy Note 10 Deals
You can buy one Galaxy Note 10 and Get One free at Verizon. You can also get up to $200 when you switch to Verizon and choose an Unlimited plan. When you pre-order you also get $100 or $150 in Samsung.com credit.
To get the free Galaxy Note 10, which is essentially $949 in bill credits no matter which Note 10 model you choose, you need to add a new smartphone line for one of these lines. The bill credits are over 24 months for the Note 10 and Note 10+ and 36 months for the Note 10+ 5G.
If you switch to Verizon you are covered, but if you are already a customer you will need to add a new line for someone to get this benefit.

AT&T Galaxy Note 10 Deals
You get a free Galaxy Note 10 when you buy one at AT&T and add a new line. This is $949 in bill credits over 30 months. You can use this with the Note 10 or the Note 10+, but you only get $949 no matter which phone you choose. You also need to be on the AT&T Unlimited plan.
If you order online, you get an additional $150 to $300 in a reward card. The online promo says $150, but the terms say $300, so it’s not clear which it will be yet. This card is a Visa that expires after 6 months.

Sprint Galaxy Note 10 Deals
If you choose the Galaxy Note 10 on Sprint with Flex Lease, you get 50% off when you make payments for the phone with the Flex Lease. With this deal you can get the Note 10 or Note 10+. You need to add a new line for this deal. After 18 months, you can hand in your phone and upgrade to a new one.
