You might've heard. There are still tons of Fallout 4 problems. Small bugs, big bugs, bugs that break the game. Fallout 4 is plagued by issues and they extend to all three versions of the game. 

Bethesda recently released a brand new update for PC and console but it's causing already causing problems. It's not clear when Bethesda plans to release its next official Fallout 4 update so until then, you're on your own.
