EA announced the Madden 18 Longshot mode, which is the new story mode in Madden 18. You play as Devin Wade. You are not a fresh recruit out of college. Instead, you need to fight your way back into the spotlight.

It's very much like the My Season mode in FIFA 17 and the second season in FIFA 18, but you won't play in the NFL
