Track Your Fitness
With Google Fit, you can track your fitness and Google Fit Workouts allows you to start and then track a wide range of workouts on your wrist. You don't need to carry your phone or even touch your phone to use this feature.
I've been using it to track workouts as I try to lose weight in 2020. You can use this when you are outside, when you are in a gym or when you are at home.
There are a ton of workout options from the elliptical that I use to strength training, skiing, Australian football, Cricket, Dancing, Flossing and many more activities. The only thing it doesn't track that you can do with the Moto 360 3rd gen is swimming.
