Earlier this year select models of the LG G6 had water resistance. Only certain phones in select regions received it, while others didn't have it at all. This was a big problem that LG fixed with the V30. Every LG V30 is fully IP68 dust and water resistant. This means it can go under 5 ft of water for around 30 minutes and come out working just fine. In fact, the phone carries a MIL-STD-810G rating which means it is military grade and approved. Basically, this is one durable phone. That said, we don't recommend taking it swimming, but technically it should survive if you decide to. | |||||||||||
