A brand new feature with Android 8.1 Oreo, which you'll get eventually after the initial Oreo release, is Bluetooth battery levels and information.
A big pain point with Android is you never know how much battery life is remaining on your wireless headphones, smartwatch, or other connected devices. Now, you do. With Oreo, Bluetooth devices show up in the notification bar as connected and with a battery meter, and you'll see a battery percentage listed too. Then, if you go into connected devices (Settings > Bluetooth) you'll see what's is and isn't connected, and the remaining battery life for any connected device. Then, below that, you can easily control any audio over Bluetooth options. This is a small but extremely helpful change to Oreo. |

I’ve noticed that after upgrading to 8.0,my music now stops completely when I make or receive calls. The play icon disappears from the pull down bar and I have to open the play music app to resume play.
