And finally, don't wait if you see or find a phone you absolutely love sometime soon or by the summer months. It's exciting times right now, where budget phones are comparable to "premium" flagship devices. 

Samsung's Galaxy S10 has three great sizes to choose from, including a budget flat model for $649. They're all comparable or better than the Pixel 4, which means they'll be similar to the Pixel 5. Plus, Samsung just released three crazy awesome Galaxy S20 smartphones, including a huge Galaxy S20 Ultra. They're expensive, yet impressive and are worth buying.

Some people love the Pixel 4 XL, and others think it's terrible. If you're in the latter camp, you might want to get the Galaxy S10 or OnePlus 7T Pro instead of waiting. Heck, even Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip could be worth a try. 

Or, get the Galaxy Note 10, especially now that it's available in a smaller 6.3-inch size which is the exact same size as the Pixel 4 XL, and potentially the Pixel 5 XL. See that beautiful photo in this slide, with the orange sunset? That's the Note 10, which looks way better than the Pixel 4 and might be very similar to what Google delivers with the Pixel 5 XL. 

Google's Pixel 5 will be very exciting, interesting and important, and we can't wait to see what they deliver. But, if you see something great within the next several months while you wait, go ahead and buy it. You can always trade it in and put that cash towards a Pixel 5G XL.
