Don't Wait If You Didn't Like the G8

If all of the information in this post and our first few slides looks familiar, it's because we heard and saw similar reports about the LG G8 last year. Instead, the phone ended up being average at best, safe, and nothing too special. It was good, it just wasn't special.

So far, while we're seeing some powerful new cameras on the back that's about it. Nothing confirmed the 4K or 90 Hz display technology, leaks show LG is still using a notch in the screen from 2018, and the battery probably won't be any bigger than usual. 

Basically, if you didn't like what you saw from LG and the G8, don't wait for the G9, as it'll probably be more of the same for the most part. Just get the LG V60 or even Samsung's Galaxy S20 line.
