Similar to past years, Samsung is using a premium all glass and metal design. The phones are almost all screen on the front, tiny bezels, and curved edges to the screen and the glass. This comfortably curves around to the all metal back, which is then covered in glass too for an absolute premium look and feel.
It's more of the same Samsung Galaxy, with smaller bezels, and big screens. Oh, and the physical home button may be gone, but there's a touch sensor under the glass where the on-screen home button is. So it will work about the same way, with vibration feedback, even though there's no button.
Speaking of the design, there's one thing we're not seeing much talk about. That is the stereo speakers. Similar to Apple and HTC, the bottom speaker is a subwoofer. While the earpiece is a front-facing speaker for everything else. This phone should have great sound.
At the end of the day there really isn't much to say here. Samsung has been one of the best in terms of design and premium materials, and the Galaxy S8 is no exception. It truly is a stunning smartphone. People will love it.
