If you want to keep your iPhone 5s jailbreak you should avoid iOS 11.4.1.

Developers recently released a working iOS 11 jailbreak though it's aimed at advanced users and comes without access to Cydia. It's also limited to a few specific versions of iOS 11. 

The jailbreak is currently limited to iOS 11.0-iOS 11.1.2. It's not compatible with iOS 11.2, iOS 11.2.1, iOS 11.2.2, iOS 11.2.5, iOS 11.2.6, iOS 11.3, iOS 11.3.1, iOS 11.4, or iOS 11.4.1.

Again, there's no way to downgrade to those aging versions of iOS 11 so those of you on newer versions must wait for a new jailbreak to arrive. 

It appears at least one person has successfully jailbroken iOS 11.3 though it's unclear if the jailbreak will be made public. There's a very good chance it stays private.
