You need to do this on each device that Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is installed on or that you want in app purchases restricted.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Screentime.
- Tap on Content & Privacy Restrictions.
- Tap on iTunes & App Store Purchases.
- Tap on In-app purchases and choose Don’t Allow.
- You can also make sure that require password is checked.
If you are set up for Family Sharing on the iPhone, you can manage your family and tap on the child’s name to turn on Ask to Buy. With this on, you will get a notification asking you to approve in app purchases.

You can set up Android to require a password for each of the in app purchases made. This prevents kids from buying without approval, effectively turning off in app purchases. Make sure this is not a password that the child can guess.
- Open the Google Play Store App.
- Tap on the Menu.
- Choose Settings.
- Tap on Require Authentication for Purchases.
- Tap on For all the purchases through Google Play on this device.
This will allow you to stop the in app purchases on this device. If they also have an Android tablet you should change the option there as well.

When you start playing Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, you will need to join the Ministry and that means you need a Ministry ID. You can take a selfie in the game and apply filters and Snapchat Style face filters to add hats, glasses and other items as you play.
