    3/10 – hard drive? Who wrote this? There is no such thing as a phone with a hard drive. You are referring to the phone’s internal storage, as opposed to the external storage (microSD card). But there’s no need to confuse your readers by referring to internal storage as a “hard drive”.

    Yes, back up any data not stored on the microSD card. Yes, have all your login credentials ready (this is where a password manager like LastPass can be a real lifesaver). And yes, charge your phone. In fact, the upgrade will download, but will not install unless the phone has at least 80% battery charge. And yes, enjoy the new features!

    I had a problem with Wifi after update my Note 8. I solved it by resetting connectivity settings, cleaned the Play Store cache and reboot.
