The iOS 11 update comes with a nifty feature that allows you to record your screen.
Apple calls the new feature (surprise!) Screen Recording which allows you to take a videos of your screen. This could come in handy if you're trying to show a friend how to access something or if you're trying to help a family member troubleshoot an iOS problem.
The feature is extremely easy to use and you can add it to Control Center (via Control Center's settings) for easy access.
Simply tap the icon and then tap it again when finished to save a video to your Camera Roll.
The video above demonstrates iOS 11 screen recording in action.
I’ve installed the developer beta on an iPhone, and it’s working adequately, but when the public beta comes out I’ll want to switch to that instead. In order to move successfully from a developer beta to the public beta, how should I prepare? For example, should I delete the developer beta profile before enrolling in the public beta program and downloading the public beta profile? Will bad things happen to my phone if I do this — or will bad things happened to my phone if I DON’T delete the developer beta profile, but I just install the public beta profile over it? Please let me know what is best.
The IOS 11 Beta left my iPhone 7+’s home screen unresponsive, meaning nothing would open, not settings, nothing. I restored the phone, but seriously Apple? Food for thought.
