With the Don't Call Me Settler mod enabled, your settlers will automatically renamed, something that adds a bit of realism and character to your various settlements around the Commonwealth. The names are appropriate for the settler's gender and the mod dynamically assigns a job title to each inhabitant. There's also an in-game gender ratio setting that you can play around with and settler protection tweaks that allow you to tag settlers with Essential, Protected, and Mortal tags. You can also change the settler spawn rate if you wish.
