Control Your Smart Home
You can use the Apple Home app, Siri and other apps on your Apple Watch to control your smart home. The extent will depend on what apps and services you have and the accessories you have installed in your house.
With HomeKit compatible items you can lock or unlock your front door, turn lights on or off and much more. You can even turn on outlets if you have compatible outlets installed in your home.
The sky is really the limit. We like that the Home app allows you to choose specific series of actions that you can program in and that you can then toggle as a group instead of hunting for several options individually. You can also use Siri to control your smart home on your Apple Watch.

On the settings screen there’s a button to ping your phone, so if it’s nearby you’ll hear it.

You have to go to your glances and click the icon next to airplay. It will play an alert sound to find your iPhone. If you press and hold it will play the sound and flash a light to notify you

Thank you for a nice listing of the fetures of the AW. It confirmed that I have no use for one. Your list had some interesting points (Apple Pay: Not at my bank or any of my CC, and less than 1 in10 stores around here know what you’re talking about). It ran the gamut down to just silly items (Drawing on a 1 inch screen? My finger covers a third of it). But it was a nice confirmation of just how useless one would be for me. YMMV

This is not the only watch that connects to the iPhone, but it is definitely one that interests a lot of users and delivers the best connectivity to the iPhone. There are a ton of exciting and useful things you can do with the Apple Watch, even some you can do without your iPhone. Here’s what the Apple Watch can do;
