The Apple Watch can even help you when you need to get into your garage. With the Chamberlain MyQ garage door opener or LiftMaster smart garage door openers you can install an app on your watch that will open or close your garage door.

I use the Chamberlain MyQ app on my Apple Watch to open the garage door and close it. I mainly use this when I am working in the yard or out in the neighborhood and need something out of the garage, rather than while I am in my car.

The app allows me to open or close the garage door and to check if it is open from my Apple Watch. I can also use Siri to open, close or check the status when I can't use an app.
