If you want to continuously track your heart rate with the Apple Watch, you need to activate a workout, but there is a new app that allows you to continuously track your heart rate without working out all day. While you can activate a workout to track your heart rate, this can add activity to your rings that you don't want and there isn't a great way to track the data or analyze it afterwards. With HeartMonitor you can start a session to begin tracking. The app shows you the time, current beats per minute and average beats per minute. On your iPhone you can then look at the data in more depth. HeartMonitor is a free app on the App Store. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
